If you have any issues with your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be held liable for any order problems after this time frame has elapsed.
By placing an order either online, email or telephone you are agreeing to all stated terms above and below.
Setup Charges: There will be no setup charge if your file is print ready. If any work needs to be done to make your file print ready including resizing, pasting, editing, etc. there will be a $25.00 setup charge per file added to your order.
Reprints: PrintVie.com will only grant reprints if the problem was our error. We WILL NOT reprint low resolution photos and/or bad files or any error on the customer files.
Refunds: Since each order is unique to each customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits. Customer must notify PrintVie.com within 7 days of receiving the order to notify us of any defects discovered in the ordered product, failing which the customer is deemed to be satisfied with the product. Where replacement is appropriate, customers must first return 100% of the received product in original condition, within 15 days from the time when the ordered product delivery was made. All charges related to shipping and expedited printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. Refunds are granted at PrintVie.com’s sole discretion. In the case of a refund, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Warning: Low-resolution images don’t print well! Many images, particularly 72dpi jpegs taken off the Internet, look jagged and blurry when printed. For best results, we recommend that your images be at least 200dpi (dots per inch).
Production Time: Although, we strive to produce orders as fast as possible, the production times listed on our website are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Note: The production day cutoff time is 2pm (Eastern Standard Time). If you have a delivery date that you need, we strongly recommend that you contact us with that date and we will of course do everything possible to meet that date for you. It is up to the customer to choose the shipping method and production time that best meets their time line. Refunds will not be offered or given due to delivery delays. We are not responsible for any delays or losses of product once the product is delivered to the carrier for shipment. PrintVie.com will not be liable or be held responsible if customer timeline is not met.
Colour: At PrintVie.com, part of the way we offer fast turnaround and low pricing is by printing to a “pleasing color” standard, using standard ink densities and calibration. Therefore, there is no guarantee that your finished piece will look exactly like your printed sample from your home Ink Jet or Laser Printer or a previously printed item. Even from one commercial printing & copying firm to another, there can be significant differences in results. We will do everything to make sure that your printed material will be of the highest quality possible. PrintVie.com strives to provide the best quality possible but sometimes there are “uncontrollable” copy machine “marks.” These include drum marks or random dots. This only happens about 3% of the time.
Customer Disks & Supplied Digital Information: All prices and quotations provided by PrintVie.com assume the customer provides properly prepared files. The customer accepts all responsibility for supplied files that fail to output properly, contains errors or provide an unacceptable result. PrintVie.com will make every effort to discover problems in the file pre-flight stage but accepts no responsibilities for errors not detected.
Order Cancellation: Orders are eligible for cancellation upon request via email until the earlier of 4 hours from order or commencement of production. After this, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Orders cannot be cancelled after approval for production. Cancelled orders are subject to applicable cancellation charges as follows;
If an order is cancelled, charges for any labour time (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. In the case of a cancellation, refunds will be processed in 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation. Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, and Graphic design services.
Indemnification: The customer affirms ownership or publication rights to all artwork, photos and other materials submitted for printing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PrintVie.com from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against PrintVie.com on grounds that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person right to privacy or other personal right. The customer agrees to, at the customers own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of such claim, demand, action or proceeding, that may be brought against PrintVie.com provide that PrintVie.com shall notify the customer with respect thereto.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Prices may change without notice.
