Up to the first 2 files for your order are free of charge. Each additional file over 2 will be subject to a $5 file handling fee.

Where do I upload my files?

Files can be uploaded using the file upload options on the product pages. However, if you forget to upload your files, you can use the “Forgot to upload files” link at the bottom of the page. This link will only appear if you are logged in to your account.

Will the file I upload be shown in the checkout process?

If the files you uploaded are supported graphic formats (.jpg, .tif, .psd) they should appear on the Shopping Cart page. Non-graphic formats (.pdf, .doc, .xls) will only appear as a box with an ‘X’ through it.

What DPI should I set my file at?

We recommend 300 DPI to 600 DPI. Most of our customers send us 300 DPI and are very happy with the quality. Anything over 600 DPI you probably won’t see any quality difference but the file size will be much much larger. 72dpi images, such as images taken from the internet do not print well!

What are Bleeds?

A bleed refers to printing a color copy from one edge of the paper to the other without the standard borders by which most personal printers are limited. This is useful for printing brochures, posters, and other marketing materials. Often the paper is trimmed after printing to ensure the print runs fully to the edge of the sheet and does not stop short of it. In order to print a full bleed order, the files must be sent with 0.125 inches extra image on all sides. This 0.125 inches will be trimmed off to allow the imaging to bleed.

What colour format should I use?

For best results, we recommend all images and graphics be saves as CMYK. RGB images can be unpredictable when printing.

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. Transit time will then take another 1-4 business days depending on your location. We can often accomodate orders with deadline. We can adjust our production time and/or use express shipping to meet a customers deadline. If you have a deadline for your order, you must make note of that at check out. 1. Orders with files that require file work and orders that require finishing, such as binging or folding can take longer to ship.
