Can my order be split over many files?
No, You can not split an order. For example, if you order 1000 business cards you can not print 2 x 500 using 2 designs of separate names. Each quantity is per 1 design only. If you have multiple files, please add each file to your cart as a separate item in your cart.
How many files can I upload for my order?
Up to the first 2 files for your order are free of charge. Each additional file over 2 will be subject to a $5 file handling fee.
I would like to pick up my order. Where are you located?
We offer pick up at our production facility located in Pickering Ontario. We do not have any other location available for pick up.
Where do I upload my files?
Files can be uploaded using the file upload options on the product pages. However, if you forget to upload your files, you can use the “Forgot to upload files” link at the bottom of the page. This link will only appear if you are logged in to your account.
Will the file I upload be shown in the checkout process?
If the files you uploaded are supported graphic formats (.jpg, .tif, .psd) they should appear on the Shopping Cart page. Non-graphic formats (.pdf, .doc, .xls) will only appear as a box with an ‘X’ through it.
What DPI should I set my file at?
We recommend 300 DPI to 600 DPI. Most of our customers send us 300 DPI and are very happy with the quality. Anything over 600 DPI you probably won’t see any quality difference but the file size will be much much larger. 72dpi images, such as images taken from the internet do not print well!

2. Mail a printed proof. For this option, we will print 1 copy of you file and send it to you for approval.
With either option, we will not print your order until receive approval of the proof via email.
What are Bleeds?
A bleed refers to printing a color copy from one edge of the paper to the other without the standard borders by which most personal printers are limited. This is useful for printing brochures, posters, and other marketing materials. Often the paper is trimmed after printing to ensure the print runs fully to the edge of the sheet and does not stop short of it. In order to print a full bleed order, the files must be sent with 0.125 inches extra image on all sides. This 0.125 inches will be trimmed off to allow the imaging to bleed.
What colour format should I use?
For best results, we recommend all images and graphics be saves as CMYK. RGB images can be unpredictable when printing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. Transit time will then take another 1-4 business days depending on your location. We can often accomodate orders with deadline. We can adjust our production time and/or use express shipping to meet a customers deadline. If you have a deadline for your order, you must make note of that at check out. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will contact you right away.
1. Orders with files that require file work and orders that require finishing, such as binging or folding can take longer to ship.
2. Express shipping will be at an additional charge.
When I add my item to the cart, nothing happens. What do I do?
This is a recurring problem related to some files. If you are uploading a file when you add to your card and you are returned to the item page, please place your order without sending the file and then send the file separately to firstname.lastname@example.org
