Website was easy to use; arrived intact in a timely manner; product as desired; cost much cheaper than local competitor

I was very happy with the service I received. I had several different clues order and one of them they printed double sided instead of single. So I contacted them and them quickly reprinted them and shipped it to me. Overall very happy with their service.

The product it self was perfect, I would use their services again, took me about 30 minutes to pickup my package though, understandably the printing machines are quite loud, and with no walk in access to store you need to go around back to pickup and the staff may have a hard time hearing the knocking or the buzzer at their door over the sound of the machines, had to go to the neighbouring shop owner to get in contact with canadacopy to pickup my package.. all in all, not too bad, 4/5.

I have been informed that you had a verbal altercation with one of my staff. Im sorry but I do not accept verbal abuse as a way of doing business. I have decided that the best solution is to go ahead and cancel your order. Unfortunately, as we have informed you, we have had COVID issues over the last week. As you have indicated that you don't care and that you feel that it is not your problem. We feel that you would be better served by another company that agrees with your style of doing business.

The resolution was amazing especially compared to the sample copy my own printer printed. The paper was great too.
