Excellent price, quick delivery. There are some registration issues and some inconsistent ink coverage/dry-back issues.

We ordered envelopes based on their stated production time and approx time for shipping. We believed 2 weeks was ample time, however when we reached out two weeks after placing the order to find out why they had not yet been shipped, that is when they told us there was a worldwide supply problem with envelopes. We let them know of our urgent need for them. I just would have thought that someone would or should have notified us much sooner as I am sure that this wasn't new information to them. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication on something that they knew would impact the ETA of an order. When the order was finally filled they made no effort to at least get them to us on a rush shipment at their cost. As well the tracking link that was sent to us did not work and no one responded to my emailed concern about this.
The product we ordered is great, the customer service is what I feel is truly lacking.

I placed a order and never received a proof. I received tracking info no proof. I emailed and tried to chat never got a responce. Quality of the envelopes is what you paid for very thin.
