They are good but they are longer than I thought. Next time I’ll order the smaller ones

I loved the print of my notebooks as well as my notepads but I had 14 of the notepads come damaged. I emailed about it and no one has replied to me. I would re order if my issue is resolved.

With one set of notepads, more than half of them were either cut incorrectly, damaged, or the binding fell apart. The other set are okay, but you can tell they are cut a bit off center or they cut the bottom off too much. The production time is about 2 weeks longer than they advertise so keep that in mind. The customer service is also not the greatest, I had to email them twice inquiring about the status of the order, and then I also had to email them twice about my order issues before they would respond.
